1. What carriers do you use for shipping?
We currently work with USPS and DHL and will choose the most optimal and inexpensive option for you depending on the product.
2. Do you ship worldwide?
Yes, we do ship worldwide for a flat rate charge.
3. How fast will I get my order?
The handling may take 1-4 business days. In some cases the handling times is 3-5 days, and some orders are for pre-order, which means the handling time takes around 2 weeks. For information on each product, please read product description where we state the handling time for each item. Inside USA delivery usually takes 2-7 business days. And international orders may take 2-3 weeks depending on destination and inside the country regulations.
NOTE: some of the items may take 4-5 business days to ship! The shipping time for each individual product you can see in "Product Description" below the product images..
If this tab is absent, it means that the handling time is normal (1-2 days).
4. Why the item is out of stock?
All items sell quickly, so sometimes you can recieve a message that the item is out of stock after you placed the order. If you get this message, your payment is returned immediately and in full. However, it's rather exception and almost never happens.
5. Modify or Cancel Order:
Due to our efforts ensure that you received your order as quickly and accurately as possible, we are unable to cancel your order after you have placed it with us. However, should you cancel the order, it is subject to 10% cancellation fee once order confirmation is received.

6. I entered the wrong shipping address
If you realize that you entered your shipping address incorrectly, please contact us IMMEDIATELY and we will try to fix this. We will do our best to fulfill you request and change the address. But if the order has been shipped out, we cannot change the address. We do not take responsibility for the customer entering the wrong address. Try contacting USPS customer service.
