We ship from California, USA.
We can ship to virtually any address in the world. The shipping cost will be calculated at the checkout.
After you place an order, it typically takes 2-4 days to process your order. When your order is shipped, you will get shipping confirmation with tracking number.
Shipping Rates: USA - flat rate $5
International - starting at $11
Approximate Shipping Time: domestic shipping usually takes 2-5 business days. International takes 2-3 weeks and can be up to 4 weeks depending on the destination.
To ensure that your package is properly delivered, please make sure your address is fully entered and correct. Use correct abbreviations and have spaces inserted properly.
If you realize that you entered your shipping address incorrectly, please contact us IMMEDIATELY and we will try to fix this. We will do our best to fulfill you request and change the address. But if the order has been shipped out, we cannot change the address. We do not take responsibility for the customer entering the wrong address. Try contacting USPS customer service.
Shipping fees are non-refundable. If you refuse any shipments from lanierboutique.com, you will be held responsible for the original shipping charges, plus the cost of returning the package to us. You will be charged to ship the package back to you!
Pre-order. Please, note that some items are for pre-order, which means that it will be shipping in 5-10 business day. Information about particular item can be found under the product description.
Import duties, taxes, and customs charges: are not included in the item price or shipping cost. These charges are out of our control, are completely decided by your country, and are the buyers responsibility. Please check with your country's customs office to determine what these additional costs will be prior to purchase.
We are not responsible for return shipping costs if the package is returned to our facility due to multiple failed delivery attempts by the shipping carrier or if customer refused to accept the package. Store credit of the returned items will be issued and we will reserve the right to deduct any related return fee imposed by the shipping carrier.
1. Orders may be returned for store credit! Except Sale items. No refunds are given under any circumstance.
2. You may return most new, unopened items within 7 days of delivery for a store credit. Please, create an account in order to receive store credit. If you don't have account, we will email you gift certificate.
- Returns and exchanges are accepted on merchandise within 7 days of receipt for items that HAVE NOT BEEN WORN, ALTERED OR WASHED, and with ALL tags attached. Please inspect all items upon arrival. A written claim for shortage or damage must be made within one week of receipt of the style: email@example.com
Insert the written claim in return package, stating the reason for return or what you want to exchange for.
- WE WILL DENY THE RETURN if: 1. If the tags has been removed.
2. If the item was worn or has smell.
3. If you sent the return after 7 days.
4. If the item was on Sale.
- Items from "Below $10" and "SALE" cannot be returned!!!
- All SALE ITEMS are a FINAL SALE and cannot be returned.
- We will NOT ACCEPT the items that have a smell! If we suspect, that the item was worn, we will not accept the return!
3. All shipping and handling costs in connection with returns are the responsibility of the customer. (We will credit you the full price minus our shipping cost)
4. To return the items, make sure you qualify for return and ship thip them back to the same address with written claim enclosed.
